State Tournament Highlights:

3/1/23

Game 1: Bishop Garrigan defeats Martensdale-St. Mary's 67-44.

Record Breaking Win: Audi Crooks makes history with her 42-point performance in Game 1. Audi became Iowa's all-time leading scorer at the state tournament for a single player's career with 257 points and counting. Audi also broke the Class 1A single-game record for points scored!

Congratulations to the Bishop Garrigan "Fans of the Game", Lee and Kathee Froehlich!

Congrats to Klayton Kramer, the halftime Jethro's Wing Eating Champ! The Kramer family (Klayton and brother, Kale) have won the past 4 years.

Game 2: Bishop Garrigan defeats Remsen-St. Mary's 73-39 and advances to the 1A State Championship game on 3/4/23.

Parade of Champions: The Girls Golf and Girls Basketball Teams were both recognized as 2021-22 state champions.


3/4/23

Game 3: Bishop Garrigan defeats Newell-Fonda 68-57 and wins their second consecutive Class 1A State Championship!

Record Breaking Win: Audi Crooks Crooks scores 49 points, a 5-on-5 state record in all classes for most points in a state tournament game. She also broke the record for most total points in a single state tournament (117), and also the most career state tournament points.

Molly Joyce and Audi Crooks (captain) named to the 1A All Touranment Team. 

All Iowa Dance Team: Avery Berte, Ava Kemna, Ellie Rosenmeyer and Ella Schaaf perform during the 4A championship game.

All Iowa Honor Dance Team Performance
Performance will be during halftime of 2:30 4A Championship Game. Bishop Garrigan Dance Team members selected to the All Iowa Team are Avery Berte, Ava Kemna, Ellie Rosenmeyer, and Ella Schaaf.

Game 3 vs. Newell-Fonda - 1A State Championship Game!
7:00 PM
